In contrast to non-woven aramid felts and needle-punched materials, aramid textiles comprise all structured textile goods created by the interlacing of warp and weft yarns. The three main weave structures of these fabrics-plain, twill, and satin-are designed to balance fabric density, flexibility, and tensile qualities. We use ultra-fine yarns and quasi-continuous filaments as raw materials to create aramid woven fabrics, giving clients the option to choose the type of fibre most appropriate for their particular working environment. While para-aramid woven materials concentrate on cut resistance, abrasion resistance, and ballistic protection, meta-aramid woven fabrics prioritise thermal and electrical insulation.In order to avoid the unequal stress distribution that might result in early product failure under extended stress, our production systems guarantee uniform warp and weft densities throughout each batch. Post-weaving dyeing procedures are not necessary when coloured aramid fabrics with stable colour fastness (Grade 4–5) are produced using advanced upstream dyeing technology.
