High tenacity polyester yarn, the perfect raw material for all heavy-duty load-bearing textiles, is designed with improved polymer chain alignment to reach a breaking strength of up to 8.1 cN/dtex. Superior abrasion resistance, robust rubber bonding ability, and minimal heat shrinkage are notable characteristics that directly increase the service life of completed slings, belts, and safety harnesses. Car seat belt webbing, heavy lifting slings, conveyor belts, industrial safety ropes, geogrids, fire hoses, and membrane architectural materials are some of the main uses for high tenacity polyester yarn. Our technical specification matrix includes dope-dyed colour possibilities, multi-ply twisted processing upon request, and 150D to 6000D versions with adjustable interlacing density.

Intelligent Production and R&D Traceability

German Barmag spinning machines are used in this 5G intelligent manufacturing process. An unmanned manufacturing chain is made up of automatic doffing lines, AGVs, and automatic packing lines. Real-time data monitoring, process parameter optimisation, and whole-process smart manufacturing of polyester industrial yarn are all made possible by the 5G network. High tenacity polyester yarn formulae for harsher working conditions are always being upgraded by our group, which has our own laboratory and workstation R&D platforms. We will randomly inspect the products during production. We will also conduct tests and provide the test results prior to the mass shipment of the products. The batch number can be used to determine which machine, when, and by whom the product was produced, processed, and packaged. This makes quality traceability possible.
