Production Process and Structural Characteristics
In order to improve dispersibility and composite performance, wet aramid pulp is a specifically treated aramid reinforcing material made via fibrillation in a water-based system. A highly developed, fibrillated structure is formed when aramid fibres are cut, refined, and suspended in water during the production process. This method produces a pulp material with a continuous network of microfibres and good dispersion qualities, which makes it appropriate for applications needing reliable mixing performance.


Core Performance and Reinforcement Mechanism
Wet aramid pulp's capacity to blend better processing characteristics with the intrinsic qualities of para-aramid fibres is one of its important features. Better bonding with rubber, resin, and other composite systems is made possible by the fibrillated microfibre structure, which expands the contact area between the pulp and the matrix material. The pulp contributes to material stability, viscosity control, and reinforcement during shear processing.
