High-performance PA6 yarn

Polyamide 6 Yarn is produced from high-viscosity PA6 chips polymerized from caprolactam and processed through a stable melt-spinning process.It is melt-spun from high-viscosity PA6 chips polymerised from caprolactam and has a melting point of roughly 210–220°C. By maintaining a low impurity concentration and extremely homogeneous viscosity during extrusion, the yarn provides exceptional spinnability across all fine to coarse linear densities, ensuring reliable and consistent performance on high-speed twisting and weaving gear.Because the material is strong, fatigue-resistant, and resistant to weak acids, alkalis, grease, and common organic solvents under continuous industrial operating conditions, it is an excellent choice for demanding technical textile applications.

Spec Range

Our standard polyamide 6 yarn covers deniers from 210D to 5040D. The most common options are 233dtex (210D), 465dtex (420D), 700dtex (630D), 930dtex (840D), 1400dtex (1260D), 1870dtex (1680D) and 2100dtex (1890D). Raw white grades are produced with oil content controlled at 1%±0.15 and breaking elongation locked at 23±3% across all sizes. Dope-dyed colored polyamide 6 yarn is also available, with tenacity ranging from 6.5 to 8.0 G/D and denier CV kept below 2.0%.

Production & Quality

Annual output sits at 25,000 tons on fully integrated lines covering polymerization, spinning, twisting, weaving and dipping, with equipment imported from Italy, Germany, Japan and the USA. Every batch passes rigorous CNAS-certified lab testing before shipment to guarantee batch-to-batch quality consistency. Dry heat shrinkage at 160℃ for two minutes is ≤7.0%, and linear density CV is held to ≤1.5% on raw white industrial grades. In dipped tire cord applications, the yarn delivers strong rubber adhesion with H-test values of 107.8–166.6 N/cm. The yarn serves tire cord fabric, fishing nets, industrial canvas, industrial ropes, lifting slings, conveyor belting, high-strength sewing threads and safety textiles, and is exported to more than 60 countries worldwide under ISO, IATF16949 and REACH certifications.
