FDY, POY, and pulled yarn are the three main varieties of polypropylene filament yarn that serve as the foundation for our complete modified polypropylene fibre series. High-purity virgin polypropylene resin is used to extrude and fully draw this polypropylene filament yarn, which has precisely set physical properties for robust downstream processing. In order to avoid oil staining fabrics, breaking elongation is regulated between 15% and 30%, and oil content is restricted to less than 2%. Water-repellent surface characteristics, little heat shrinkage, and total resistance to acids, alkalis, and typical industrial solvents are among the fundamental intrinsic qualities of polypropylene filament yarn. Custom-designed profiles, hollow filaments, and mixed filament architectures are available upon request. Our polypropylene filament yarn whole denier spectrum spans from ultrafine 150D light textile grades to heavy-duty 6000D industrial requirements.The entire production line can simultaneously finish the functional masterbatch mixing and modification and dope dyeing operations thanks to its own 30,000 square foot dedicated spinning production workshop. When necessary, it can add auxiliaries like UV resistance, halogen-free flame retardant, and fluorescent colour development, giving the fabric extra qualities like safety warning and outside weather resistance without compromising the yarn's fundamental mechanical qualities.

Functional Upgrades & Mass Production

To create improved polypropylene filaments, we use flame-retardant masterbatches or UV stabilisers during the melt extrusion process. This product satisfies applicable criteria for outdoor engineering textiles and flame retardancy while maintaining all fundamental physical characteristics. Tarpaulin substrates, packaging materials, and window coverings are frequently made from ordinary grade polypropylene filaments.

With a specialised 30,000-square-meter polypropylene filament production workshop, our firm guarantees a steady long-term supply and engages in OEM partnerships with both domestic and foreign industrial textile producers. To ensure stable raw material quality appropriate for continuous, high-volume weaving and knitting processes, each production shift is subjected to expert laboratory testing to check linear density, breaking strength, and shrinkage.
