Filament & Precision Spinning
The continuous, endless monofilament structure of our Nylon 66 filament yarn is well known for maintaining fibre integrity even under high-stress weaving circumstances. This Nylon 66 filament yarn provides consistent tension in dense industrial fabrics while maintaining a clean surface free of broken ends, in contrast to staple fibre goods. Solid-state polymerisation (SSP) of high-viscosity PA66 chips (FYR 25 BCL and FYR 25T03CL kinds) is the first step in the production process. Modern six pairs of heated guide plates are used in the drawing process, and an 8-end winding system that automatically identifies online filament breakage and fuzzing faults separates any non-compliant material in real time.
Raw material traceability
We employ a strict "dedicated lines for special materials" approach. Our L1 line is only utilised for Invista polymer chips, whilst the L2 line processes other resins. This material separation lowers the risk of cross-contamination and ensures consistency from batch to batch. Every pallet of our Nylon 66 filament yarn is tagged with ERP data, allowing traceability to the exact source of raw materials, extrusion temperature, and winding tension.In addition, we provide UV stabiliser formulas for outdoor exposure items and unique colour options such as paint-dyed black and deep red.
A German Textechno Statimat 4U equipment is used in a CNAS-accredited laboratory to verify physical characteristics like toughness, linear density (CV), and heat shrinkage.
