Single-Filament Construction

Our Nylon 66 monofilament yarn is composed of a single, continuous, solid PA66 thread, in contrast to multi-strand bundles. Because it provides a uniform, rigid texture, this monofilament arrangement is ideal for robust geotextile meshes, industrial brush filaments, and precision filter cloths. Purified, low-impurity PA66 spinning chips are used to extrude the yarn through a precise single-hole spinning die, guaranteeing tight diameter tolerances. For the majority of popular specifications, we provide a standard specification range of fine 233 dtex (210D) to heavy 2100 dtex (1890D), with linear density deviation maintained within ±2.5%.

Twisting Precision

Our specialised downstream processing skills enable our nylon 66 monofilament yarn to achieve its true mechanical advantages. Using 12 primary and secondary twisting machines and 18 ring twisting machines for one-step spinning, we provide a full in-house twisting service. This improved method guarantees almost no twist loss by raising the critical torsional force, which is normally 37.0 ± 1.5 T/10 cm for 1400 dtex yarn, without lowering core yarn strength. In order to minimise friction on industrial knitting machines, surface oil absorption can be modified as needed. This is especially useful for the large-scale manufacturing of safety and fishing nets.

Secure Packaging and Custom

In order to effectively prevent moisture intrusion and physical impact during transportation, we use a multi-layered protective scheme when packaging nylon 66 monofilament yarn. Each spool (inner diameter: 94mm, outer diameter: 108mm, yarn height: 195mm, 8kg or 10kg options available) is first wrapped with silicone paper, followed by waterproof paper, a black plastic sheet, craft paper and a white moisture-proof film. To satisfy the demands of long-term outside marine conditions, we provide UV-resistant modification services, solid colour dye blends, and customised metric denier monofilament yarns. From chip feeding to final winding, we apply stringent quality control to guarantee that each batch of nylon 66 monofilament yarn is supplied undamaged to a variety of demanding technological applications.
